Our Youth Technical Program

NWD has a wonderful, award-winning technical program that includes 23 classes to choose from in: ballet, jazz technique, modern, contemporary, tap, and tumbling. Our programs range from recreational dance to competitive dance to pre-professional dance training.

Our technical competition teams have won several National Championships at over the years.

We also have three levels of Tumbling/Acro Classes (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced),

Our Youth Hip Hip Program

Our championship Hip Hop Program is like no other. We hand-picked and gathered the best instructors from different backgrounds with various styles of hip hop and put them all together to create a powerhouse team to produce the most versatile hip hop dancer possible. We combine techniques from commercial/industry hip hop, popping, locking, animation, street dance, and much more. We have six different hip hop competition teams and one adult hip hop team, trained by multiple choreographers, and we have 12 different weekly hip hop dance classes on our schedule.

Our Toddler/Petite Program

For ages 2-6! This dance program (featuring ballet, tap, hip hop, and creative movement classes) prepares your child with the fundamentals of dance in a fun and creative environment. It’s the best way to prepare your child for future in-depth dance training and it’s a lot of fun!

Our Teen/Adult Hip Hip Program

WE ARE AN EDUCATED STUDIO
In order to be able to teach children, instructors need more than just a dance curriculum. Instructors need to also understand the fundamentals of overall child development (i.e., motor, behavioral, speech, social, and emotional development) . Our NWD instructors are consistently trained and guided every week by a credentialed and licensed specialist to ensure that they are utilizing developmentally-appropriate strategies, facilitative techniques, and best practices for working with children of all ages and backgrounds. Our dance studio was designed to be fully accessible to differently-abled individuals.

PROGRAMS FOR HOMESCHOOLED/CHARTER SCHOOL STUDENTS
New World Dance is an approved School Vendor with livescanned & background-checked instructors. If your child is homeschooled, contact us for our vendor info.

SPRUNG DANCE FLOORS
We have professionally-installed sprung Marley dance floors, which is very important for preventing dancer injury. Marley flooring also provides students with the best preparation for the stage.

EVENT CHOREOGRAPHY SERVICES
We offer private choreography services for weddings & private events (for all skills levels from beginner to professional). Amaze, surprise, and entertain your guests with a professionally choreographed routine! We've choreographed dozens of fun routines over the years for: wedding entourage, bride & groom, father-daughter, birthday, anniversary, and corporate events.

BIRTHDAY AND PARTY SERVICES
We offer private party packages, with your choice of three rooms, tables, chairs, and a professional choreographer to teach your guests some dance combos. For up to 100 guests. Call 661-360-7183 to inquire about pricing options. *Professional Videography services can be added to your package!

STUDIO RENTALS
Studio A (1000 sq ft): $50/hr
Studio B (600 sq ft): $40/hr
Studio C (400 sq ft): $30/hr
