INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEWBIES!

WELCOME TO NEW WORLD DANCE ACADEMY!


Follow the two steps below to start your dance journey with us!

STEP 1:

CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Click the link below to fill out our online registration forms.

STEP 2:

CHOOSE A CLASS!

Our youth and adult programs work differently. So if you are an adult student, please scroll down to view the instructions to sign up for Adult Classes.

FOR YOUTHS (AGES 18 AND UNDER):

  • NEW students (ages 2-17 years) get a FREE Trial class!

  • Click the BUTTON below to choose a class, click “BOOK” next to the listed class.

  • Please be sure to choose a class that fits your child’s age and skill level (see table below).

    SKILL LEVEL:
    I = Beginner
    II = Intermediate
    III = Advanced

  • When the system asks you for method of payment, choose “Free Trial”. This free trial is good for ONE FREE CLASS of your choice and is only valid for new students.

  • See the Dress Code Information at the bottom of this page to find out what type of dance attire is required for the various classes.

  • Arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to check-in at the front desk.

  • Once you’ve completed your free trial, please head back to the front desk to let us know if you’d like to officially enroll in the class or try a different class. If you do not come back to the desk, we will not be able to either enroll or disenroll your child from the class so please make sure to stop by the desk for assistance before you leave your free trial.

  • When you’ve chosen your class(es), our front desk managers will help you set up an affordable monthly tuition payment plan. See Tuition Tables Below.

  • We hope you enjoy your classes!

  • If you mention the promo code word “Versatility” to the front desk personnel, you will receive a 2nd FREE Trial Class in a different dance genre!

 
 

FOR ADULT DANCERS (ALL SKILL LEVELS):

  • Adults Classes (for ages 18+) are on a different payment rate. Adults use a “pay-per-class” method (see pricing below).

  • Choose a class from the list below, click “BOOK” next to the listed class.

  • When the system asks you for method of payment, choose to pay for one class or purchase Class Packages to save money on future classes!

  • Arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to check-in at the front desk.

ADULT PRICING

• $15 for 1 class
• $28 for 2 classes
• $52 for 4 classes
• $98 for 8 classes
• $135 for 12 classes

FOR DROP-IN YOUTHS

If you plan to drop in for one class (without enrolling for future classes), choose Drop-in Payment Method during checkout and you should be good to go!

New World Dance Academy Dress Code


• Storytime Ballet and Twinkle Toes:
Pink leotard, pink tight, pink tutu, ballet and tap shoes (for twinkle toes)
Hair up and out of face and neatly secured

• Ballet I/I/III, Jazz I/II/III, Turns & Jumps, Technique Classes, Legs & Flexibility:
All-black fitted dancewear
Black or pink ballet shoes for Ballet Classes (or pointe shoes, if applicable)
Jazz shoes or half soles for Jazz Classes
Hair up and out of the face and neatly secured.

• Contemporary Classes, Adult Classes, and Hip Hop Classes:
Comfy clothing or dancewear
For Hip Hop Classes: Pants that cover the knee & Sneakers/Tennis shoes. Or you can wear knee pads to protect your knees.
For Heels Classes: Heels are optional.

*No sandals allowed
