Jessie Lee Thorne
Jessie Lee Thorne is an alumni of The Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and The Boston Conservatory. After receiving her B.F.A in Dance and Choreography at the conservatory, Jessie moved to Italy to join the Imperfect Dancers Company. She has traveled the world performing works by Walter Matteini, Ohad Naharin, Jiri Kylian, Lester Horton, Martha Graham, Doug Varone, Robert Moses Kin’, and Adam Barruch. She has premiered her own choreography at The Boston Conservatory and The American College Dance Festival. Jessie is excited to be back in Los Angeles to continue her choreography and performance endeavors.
Victoria has been teaching the art of hip hop dance to children for over ten years. She currently directs the Dance Program and Dance Team at Canyon High School. She is truly a dedicated and committed instructor and our students love her!
Michelle is the current choreographer for Golden Valley High School's Show Choir, GVHS Dance Team, and the GVHS Theater Program. She recently won the "Best Choreography" award for her work with our Junior Hip Hop Competition Team.

Gabriel has worked as a teacher/choreographer for several years, recently winning "Best Teacher" award and the "Ultimate Achievement Award" for highest scoring choreography. He currently works with our Advanced Hip Hop Competition Teams and teaches several of our Urban Ave community dance classes here at New World Dance. He is a current member of the prestigious urban dance crew, GRV. We are happy to have Gabriel with us here at New World Dance to provide our students with this very current style of hip hop choreography.
